gnI am getting the No Pilot message and want to know where to start on figuring this out. The AP is connected to a C90W plotter which confirms that no heading data is available. The controller is receiving power. Where do I start?

ST2000+ broken gaskets
I found some broken gasket parts inside our ST2000+.
Is one of them from the pushrods exit end of the unit?
Appears as though the other one might be a bushing from behind the largest gear on the belt/gear arrangement?
Are these parts available?
The unit was failing due to these parts falling underneath the internal compass gimbal, restricting its movement.

Error deleting a waypoint file
I have been using the PC at home to create Waypoint files (about 1,000 waypoints in the Gulf of Mexico). It has been working fine up to this last week. I have three waypoint GPX files stored on a compatible SD card with different labels. I go into the DATA screen, select the current waypoint file on the system and try to delete all 1,000 waypoints and it responds with an error. Can you give me a clue what I am doing wrong. I also tried to delete the waypoint file from the CHART - WAYPOINT pull down menu.
Thanks for any advice

AIS 650 failure?
I have a system with an e125, SPX30 Course Controller,, 2 x i70, and p70 control head. Wind, depth, speed and AIS STng, all connected to the ITC-5 converter, which goes through the backbone to an ST1 converter with a spur to the SPX30 and e125.
Until 2 weeks ago all worked well. The system was originally set up by Raymarine with an AIS 350, but that was upgraded to an AIS 650 transceiver and splitter in February 2017 by a Raymarine dealer in Ft. Lauderdale.
When I came on the boat this time, none of the transducer information was getting to the system, with no data on the i70s or the p70 auto pilot. After some troubleshooting, I found that removing the STng cable from the AIS 650 to the ITC-5 middle white port, solved all my problems, except of course there were no AIS targets on the MFD.
It seems to me to be an AIS hardware problem. Is this a common issue? Do you have any suggestions other than hardware repair? Where can I send the AIS 650 for testing/repair/replacement?

MFD Compatibility with Robertson AP2500
I recently purchased a 37' Silverton. It has a Robertson AP 2500 autopilot. I really like the Raymarine MFD I have in boat number 1 and would like to buy a new package with radar for the "new" boat. Are any of the current Raymarine MFD's capable of interfacing with the old Robertson autopilot? I spotted a couple of blog conversations that seemed to indicate it should be possible, but there seemed to be some problems that they didn't speak exactly the same using NMEA 0183. Do you have any information and a solution for this? Thank You.

Route Colot
I have an a95 MFD running Lighthouse 19 software with C-Map Charts. I'd like to show the route I am following (the active route) in color. I went through the menus, chose the color (Red), but the active route still displays as black. When I move the display window I sometimes see a flicker of red next to the black line, as if the black line is hiding the red. I also tried a different color (blue) with the same result
How do I color the route so that it stands out?
It would also be nice if the active route were a little wider, or at least bolder, than the other lines on the display

Old Depth Transducer and new ITC-5
I recently acquired an 1986 Pearson 28-2 with an old working (but fading) Datamarine S-200DL depth sounder. The previous owner installed Raymarine A65 MFD with Seatalk NG network. I would like to connect the depth gauge to the network. I have an ITC-5. Can I connect the old Airmar A-111 depth transducer that currently feeds the Datamarine depth sounder to the iTC-5? It is my understanding that current A-111 is a 210 kHz depth transducer. Is the ITC-5 able to digitize this output and place it on the network?
Thanks,
Mark

Bottom Tracking of e97 MFD
We are also having problems with keeping the bottom tracking for an e97 MFD with SW version V19.03 with a transom mounted transducer (P58 I think). The attached file shows the bottom being tracked with the system automatically picking a depth range with a large school of fish on our spot with our boat anchored. It was expected that the fishfinder would know the difference between a natural hard bottom and a school of fish and not adjust the depth scale as a school of fish passes under the boat. I know we could manually fix the depth but thought there was another way to keep it in automatic mode as we might forget to change modes as we move the boat a few hundred feet to adjust for changes in current and wind while anchored.
When running at 30 MPH, we see short periodic times where the depth is being found and then not locked on the bottom. It seems to happen more often at 150 ft and 200 ft depths, maybe a depth transition point to auto track the bottom.
Thanks in advance for any advice

Axiom (grainy sonar?)
Just installed Axiom rv9 with rv-100 transducer. Everything works great.. looses bottom everyonce in a while but could prob adjust the transducer to help that. My question is i noticed the fishfinder sonar seems to be pretty grainy. Will adjusting the transducer help or is there some settings i can do that will help.? Ill try and post a pic if i can figure out how!
Thanks

Problem With Wind Depth Transducers on SeatalkNG
All,
I have been having a several year problem with SeatalkNG Wind and Depth transducers. I have replaced and read everything and still more problems.
The wind speed and depth readings are intermittent. I had ST70's which I replaced with i70s instruments after having replaced literally everything else including the transducer cables, still the same problem. I am on a second ITC-5 and the problem has gotten worse, now one of the i70s instruments won't show anything.
I have a seatalkNG network with an E120 and E80 connected to a sea talk to seatalkng converter. The ITC-5 is on the seatalkNG network and also two i70s instruments, an ST70 instrument, and an AIS 650.
Why would one i70s display dashes and the other right next to it work fine? They are both connected through spurs to a sea talk to seatalkng converter.
Why is the wind speed and depth sometimes ok, and sometimes intermittent.
All voltages have been checked and are fine.
The entire seatalkng system at this point is new.
Please help me.

connecting RS 150 to C60 MFD
Because of the location of the MFD and the RS 150 I need to splice a cable to the Seatalk cable connected to the MFD and then to the Seatalk\Seatalk ng converter cable which is connected to the convertor kit widget. I think I have that done correctly but the antennae isn't getting 12v (the LED on the top is dark). Any suggestions?

Can't get rocks to NOT display
Regardless of the setting on our ES98 and A65 MFDs, our navionics charts display ALL rocks, regardless of depth. This means that we have open areas with rocks at over 100ft, that are displayed along with any relevant rocks at 18ft or less. It makes for a very cluttered interface, and real risk of a "boy who cried wolf" situation, where we get so sick of looking at all these rocks that are no danger whatsoever, that we miss one that really is. Please help. I was told before that updating to lighthouse 19 would probably solve the issue. It made no difference.

Import / Export via CF Card
I have an E90w hybrid touchscreen. I am not able to import or export .fsh files via my ScanDisk 16GB CF Card.
The chartplotter in not recognizing the .fsh files on the card. Nor it is not saving routes/waypoints from the plotter to the card.
The external .fsh files are created with VoiagePlanner.
There is nothing wrong with the CF Card. I have used it to upgrade the plotter's software (to v2.65). Also, the plotter writes the following file to the card when it is inserted: ESeriesSetup.ffs.
Your support will be appreciated.

Activating route past first waypoint
Activating a route for the autopilot when past the route's first waypoint, makes the autopilot want to turn the boat around to go back to the first waypoint. This can cause dangerous situations.
The only way around that, that I have ben able to figue out, it to manually target each waypoint, one by one, but that limits the usability of the autopilot.
Hence, please let me know if there is a way that the autopilot can be set to pick up the route from the next waypoint ahead, whether it is #2 or #55?
