Supplying diagnostic data can be very helpful, and in some cases is required, to support investigation of a problem with your Raymarine system. Systems featuring Raymarine's a/c/e/eS/gS-Series MFDs permit customers to inspect and save information about the system's components, their configuration, error logs, and communications via the MFD's NMEA 0183 and SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 ports.

- ETHERNET & SEATALKNG / NMEA 2000 DEVICES LIST:
Executing the command sequence (HOME->SET-UP->MAINTENANCE->DIAGNOSTICS->SELECT DEVICE from the system's Data Master MFD (HOME->SET-UP->DATA MASTER) will permit a list of all devices which have been interfaced to the Data Master MFD via Ethernet (SeaTalkHS / RayNet) and / or SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 to be listed along with their respective method of interfacing (SeaTalkHS or STng), serial numbers, and software versions.

Using the command sequence SHOW ALL DATA->SAVE THIS DATA will in turn cause the following files containing the detailed list of data for each device to be created and saved to your microSD memory card:
----- Diagnostic_Data_xxxx_ALL_DEVICES_hh-mm-ss-MM-DD-YYYY.html (where xxxx is the diagnostic file counter and hh-mm-ss-MM-DD-YYYY is the time/date stamp)
----- Diagnostic_Data_xxxx_ALL_DEVICES_hh-mm-ss-MM-DD-YYYY.xml (where xxxx is the diagnostic file counter and hh-mm-ss-MM-DD-YYYY is the time/date stamp)
