My c97 has a Fusion Radio App. However my new eS 179 only has an "Audio app" on the Home page. The brochure shows that Fusion is included. My 179 is my Master. How do I download the Fusion. This is one of the reasons I bought this unit?

[CA] Track limitations with Axiom Pro
Reading the manual for my yet to be installed 9RVX, it states that the maximum number of tracks is 15--10,000 points per track, but only 15? I had intended importing saved tracks via the GPS Utility software from my previous plotters, but this will not be possible due to this constraint. I've worked the waypoint file sizes down to under the max 10,000, and imported them successfully onto the device powered up on the bench, but hadn't bothered with track at the time. Unless I am not understanding this, it means, apart from not being able to import my saved tracks, I will just need to leave the track running all day (one big track), rather than turning it on and off when desired, which would create a lot of smaller tracks which I normally work with.
I see that it will hold up to 250 Routes--would I be better off converting any I wish to save from Tracks to Routes?

Hi Chuck / Derek or users of the forum,
I'm wondering if there are any images or videos of the current generation open array, HD radars as they are displayed on the E-classic MFDs? My interest is to see the screen resolution and crispness of the image displayed. I've seen the radar on current generation chartplotters like the eS series or gS series, but wonder how comparable that is the older technology of E-classic's.

[CA] IP Address
I am trying to connect my es97 to my home wireless network to update charts etc. Service provider is Comcast with a Cisco router supplied by them. es97 tells me "(my network name) has issued an IP address which conflicts with your Raymarine network 10.0.0.30 Please change the access point settings or contact the network administrator."
Comcast has not been of help (yet). Supposedly someone that actually knows something will contact me within the next 2-3 years.
Can this be fixed within the es97?

[CA] FLIR M232 and e165
Are the FLIR M232 cameras compatible with the e165 MFDs running lighthouse 2? If so, is it through Wifi or a wired connection? I have 2 e165 screens and I am adding an Axiom Pro RVX. Can I wire the camera to the Axion and also have it wired or wireless to the e165? I understand that I can’t network the Axiom and e165s together due to lighthouse versions, but the e165 screens are at the helm and easily visible where as the Axiom will be in an electronics box overhead and a little less accessible.
Separately, what can I use to share depth data between Axiom and the e165s?

(DG) Older Radar/ Ray dome capability
We purchased a 1990 Wellcraft that has a Raytheon R20X Raster Scan Radar display and a 24" enclosed Radome. The numbers are faded on the Ray dome but from research I believe it to be a M89950(still is Raytheon branded). We believe that these are original units so circa 1990.
The unit (display) does not power up. We boat on the Mississippi/ St Croix River and radar is not a must, honestly have never had a boat with it. Thru research I have found the the displays go bad but rarely do the radomes themselves. I am trying to find a used unit to install just to have an operational unit that is likely to be used just a handful of times a year. I have found a R40X unit and I believe this unit would be a plug and play for the R20X I have.
Can someone lend me some insite please??

(DG) Auto pilot course computer compatability
I have an older Autohelm Auto Pilot (AP) system with a type 300 12v computer that acts up intermittently.
Can I replace it with a SG2 computer?
The rest of my AP system consists of a type 2 hydraulic pump, ST6000/7000 control units and unknown model tiller and compass sensors.

(DG) Smart controller x5 nmea
I have a smart controller X5 and nmea mux for multiple devices. I did have a c80. The c80 had a direct nmea connection that worked along with seatalk connection back to smart controller. I would like to replace my c80 that bit the dust with a b&g zeus. The issue I am having is I am sending all the nmea to the smart controller but it is not bridging it and sending it back out on the seatalk ng connection that goes to the ST70. I did set it to 4800 baud. Any ideas?

(DG) Spade Connectors.
I have purchased the Evolution 100 with ST4000 MKll wheel drive pilot for sailboat. Looking at wiring diagram, I see the wheel drive motor, the harness terminates with wire spades that are to be connected to the ACU 100 Control Unit. There are no spade connectors in the Control Unit. Did I miss something in the instructions, or am I to cut off the spade connectors and insert wires in the "motor drive" screws?

(DG) Rotating mask, Tacktick wireless and EV-100
Hi folks,
I am buying a boat with existing Tacktick equipment (T910 triducer, T121 hull transmitter, T120 wind transmitter, T112 wind analog display, T110 single display). The boat does not have an autopilot and I wish to add a tiller pilot. The Raymarine EV-100 tiller pilot system seems to fit the bill.
I am thinking that I need to get the EV-100 tiller system (sensor, ACU, tiller drive and p70s) and the Micro-Talk Wireless Performance Sailing Gateway - is this right? The gateway simply goes onto the SeaTalkng backbone as a spur and feeds the wind and speed information to the pilot (and to a Raymarine MFD as a later purchase).
Just to complicate things, the boat has a rotating mast and, ideally but not as an absolute necessity, the system would correct for this. Raymarine do not appear to have brought out their own wireless mast rotation sensor to replace the Tacktick T221 but I can still get my hands on a T221 sold as new. Am I able simply to add the Tacktick mast rotation sensor to get a fully functional tiller pilot system with wind vane mode? I've been told that the T221 can even act as a repeater station to help pass information from the T120 at the masthead to the Microtalk Gateway and to the T112.

FLIR's M132 and M232 differ from the earlier generation FLIR M3xx and M6xx Series thermal cameras (ex. M324, M324C, M617C, M625C, etc.) in that the M132 and M232 produce Real Time Streaming Protocol (RTSP) video rather than analog video. RTSP video is streamed to a MFD or network of MFDs via Ethernet communications. Accordingly, the M132 and M232 thermal cameras may only be interfaced to MFDs which support RTSP video and additionally support command and control of FLIR thermal cameras. Such MFDs include:
- Raymarine's a/c/e/eS/gS-Series MFDs which have been updated with LightHouse II v19.03 software
- Raymarine's eS/gS-Series MFDs which have been updated with the latest LightHouse 3 software for eS/gS-Series MFDs

SR100 causing E80 to crash and reboot
I have a strange situation occurring....I have a SR100 connected to my system (E80 at lower help and E120 at FB helm all with latest software release) and after a varying period of time (sometimes 10 min sometimes 1 hr) my E80 begins crashing and rebooting. If I remove the SR100 from the system everything works fine, no system crashing. Any ideas what may be happening or how I correct ?

This symptom typically occurs during periods highly concentrated weather activity over the North American continent and coast waters. This problem may be corrected by updating the system's E-Series Classic MFDs with the latest E-Series Classic MFD software.

(DG) Installing new Raymarine products
Just purchased all the items in my diagram, I have removed all the old Raymarine products. Boat is a 2005 Aquasport 275 Explorer with twin F225s. I removed the old C80 and the new Axiom 9 Pro is sized quit a bit different, does Raymarine make a adaptor kit. I have also attached a diagram for the install, could you please review to ensure I am setting everything up correctly. Thank you Kurt.
