e95 - e22 158 Sea talk incorrect time

I have an e95 MFD which is new this year. It is connected to an i60 series and 6000 autopilot. I am using the external GPS antenna. I connected the old system system to the MFD thru the e22 seatalk converter. I uploaded the latest software yesterday on both the MFD (17.x) and converter to see if it would solve this problem.

When I enter in a waypoint the timestamp is incorrect. It originally showed eastern European time. Now it is GMT. Is there an offset somewhere in the menus?
