ST60 repair

I have two ST60 Graphic Displays and a ST60 Maxview Display in need of repair. It looks like the Maxview screen burned out and then that took down the two Graphic displays that were networked to it. Do I just send them in to the Nashua address for repair? Do I need a RMA number first?
