Replace E120 Classic with ES127 MFD Cutout

I'm planning an electronics upgrade. I currently have a e120 classic flush mounted in the helm. I want to replace it with an eS127. How does the cutout for the two MFDs differ? I hope I can fit the new eS127 in the old e120 cutout, or just enlarge it a bit?
