(DG) eS 179 Operation Manual

I just bought a eS 179 Hybrid. It has an install manual but no operational manual. I am aware of the pdf manual on the unit, but I am a paper guy. Can you please give me the link for the operational manual.

For the price I paid, a printed manual should be included.
