[CA]Is RV300 sidescan range up to 300 feet either side or 150 feet on either side?

I see the Raymarine Axiom Sidescan capability range is up to 300 feet.

(1) Does it mean 300 feet on either side or 150 feet on either side?
(2) is this true for RV100 transducer?

I have the Raymarine Axiom 9" 3d MFD with 3d RV100 transducer
