Importing Waypoints from Voyager Planner to a C-95

[CA] Chuck, Trying to import way points to my C-95 from Voyager Planner the MFD won't upload the files. The software in the C-95 is updated to V9.3, and when starting the upload the file GPX, message pops up saying chart in use retrieving failed.
