AIS 650 ANTENNA INSTALLATION

I have a C 125 chart plotter and will add an AIS 650, and a dedicated VHF antenna, there is any problem or interferences between VHF radio antenna and the one from the aIS close ? tthere is any restriction or minimal distance ?
