I can no longer access my list of registered products

The primary purpose of Raymarine's product registration web pages has always been and continues to be for gathering data concerning Raymarine product purchases (how they were purchased, how they are being used, demographics, etc.). Outside of opportunity to extend product warranty from two to three years though product registration via Raymarine product registration web pages, the data entered within these web pages has had and continues to have no other warranty implications. Should a product be installed as part of a Certified Raymarine Installation (via a Raymarine Certified Installer or Raymarine Certified OEM), then the products will be registered by the Certified Installer or Certified OEM. As Certified Installations may carry onboard warranty support, many customers will opt for a Certified Installation over other product installation options (ex. self-install, installation by technicians not certified by Raymarine, etc.). For Raymarine equipment which has not been installed as part of a Raymarine Certified Installation, customers will need to supply product sales documentation (showing date of purchase and possible the name of the Raymarine dealer or OEM) when seeking warranty related repairs. In the absence of product sales documentation, the product's serial number will be used to determine the date that the product was sold to the dealer, OEM, or Raymarine distributor, and this date will be used as the effective start date for the product's warranty.

Unfortunately, the new product registration web pages and the processing behind them, are currently under development. Raymarine is currently in the process of migrating to a new business system and new member web pages which will be integrated with the new business system. At this time, the new product product registration web pages neither provide access products which have been registered via the old product registration web pages nor the current product registration web pages. However, data associated with the old product registration web pages and the current product registration web pages remains available to Raymarine's Warranty and Repair teams. Should a list of of the registered products be required by their owner, then a request may be filed with Raymarine's Warranty Manager (warranty@raymarine.com; 603.324.7900) to obtain this data.

As indicated, Raymarine's current product registration web pages support for registering one's Raymarine products. However, it is indeed possible to register one's Raymarine products via Raymarine's current product registration web pages. The product registration web page found here. After entry of the product serial numbers and then submitting the data (click on the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the product registration web page), the customer will be e-mailed a Product Registration Certificate PDF file listing the products. The PDF file should be retained with one's product receipts to address any future necessity for this documentation when seeking warranty repairs. Hint: Should one own an a/c/e/eS/gS-Series MFD, then the system's Data Master MFD may be commanded to create a list of all equipment which has been interfaced to the Data Master MFD via Ethernet and/or SeaTalkng communications protocol. To view more information regarding how to generate this equipment list via the Data Master MFD, click here.
