Unable to view diagrams

I found a description of a system diagram that is very close to one I am trying to do, but I am unable to get the 3 diagrams in it to display. Any advice would be appreciated. It is in the FAQ Knowledge Base under "Interface Diagram:ST290, SmartPilot and Pathfinder PLUS".
