Allow setting i70 screens from an MFD

Evening,

Seeing as it is already possible to group i70/p70 displays and control their brightnesss from one display, it seems a logical extension to be able to remotely change screens from another display.

This would permit pre-programmed 'screen lineups', i.e. i could configure the i70s to display one set of information for racing, another for cruising, another for fishing, etc.
