can a a9 a and a ACU autopilot follow tracks

I have a A9 multi-display and a Evolution autopilot and a Quantum radar. They are joined together when I run a route it beeps every time and demand a change for change direction. Can it follow a track without it beeping every time it has to turn a little bit to follow that track so I can use it for fishing back and forth without running to accept the change thank you for any information

I have an A67,it came with no charts . I purchased a navionics card and registered it and works no problem USA and Canada. I also purchased a
USA cmap card and registered it and it says unlocked. When I put that card in it see's the card and I uncheck the navionics card and check the cmap card and then says access denied . What's up?

[CA11] Reterminating Raynet Cable - Confirming Color Codes

I need to reterminate an existing Raynet cable that used to connect an e125 helm mounted display to an e97 Nav station display. The helm display was replaced with another vendors display that will not be connected to Raynet. Previously the 2nd Raynet port on the e125 connected to the RD418 radar via a crossover coupler E55060. The radar will now be connected to the e97 Nav display.

Rather than pulling a new cable, I plan to cut off one Raynet female connector to install an RJ45 male connector that will be inserted into the crossover coupler. Before I cut and reterminate, I would like to confirm that the Raynet cable uses the T568B termination referenced in this thread.

[CA11] upgrading from classic E series

I have a sailboat that was outfitted in 2009 with Classic Series Raymarine equipment. (e120 chartplotter, numerous st60+ displays, st6002 autopilot, and radar)

Things are starting to wear out.. first the wind transducer which was replaced. Then the gps receiver... replaced with a used one. Now the temp transducer in the paddle wheel, and the depth transducer is beginning to fail.

1. First, I need a transducer for the depth and might as well go with something like the DST800 but will that work with my system and how does that connection work?

2. I would like to start upgrading my equipment but am hesitant to do it all at once so is it possible to start with the chart plotter and a new depth transducer. I am considering an Axiom Pro S. Can this chartplotter be swapped out for my e120. Is this something that is relatively easy? Will my current radar work with the new chartplotter and if not will a HD color scanner use the same wiring in the mast?

[CA11] Serious Evolution / P70 issue

Last night we were struggling with adverse conditions offshore Colombia when the heading nudge buttons did some wierd stuff. On one occasion the +10 button changed the heading from 90deg to 190deg. Shortly after it went from 110deg to 360deg. I have been loathe to use the system since as this was pretty scary. Is this a known problem? Is there a fix?

My response may be slow as I may not have internet access for a while.

They are less than 1 foot apart, and the backbone connector is less than 2 feet away.
Masterview is primarily a secondary depth gauge on the opposite side of the dash from the RL80CRC

On which device should Data Sources be configured?

Within systems featuring an i70/i70S Multifunction Instrument Display (MFID), ST70 MFID, p70/p70S/p70R/p70RS Autopilot Control Head (interfaced to as a spur to a SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 backbone), or ST70 Autopilot Control Head (interfaced to as a spur to a SeaTalkng / NMEA 2000 backbone), it is considered to be a best installation practice that Data Source selection be configured by one of these devices rather than via a Multifunction Display (MFD). In systems lacking a an i70/i70S Multifunction Instrument Display (MFID), ST70 MFID, p70/p70S/p70R/p70RS Autopilot Control Head, or ST70 Autopilot Control Head, the Data Sources feature may be configured on the MFD. This best practice is recommended because the above listed MFIDs and autopilot control heads complete startup initialization more quickly than MFDs, permitting associated data be available to the operator and other system components as soon as is permissible. This best practice also supports degraded / reduced system operation, where for example, the SeaTalk bus alone is powered.

Axiom Software 3.8.97?

I downloaded the latest software update, and since then the MFD crashes and restarts when I open the "Dashboard" view to see engine data.

The website shows latest version is: v3.7.70
However, after installed, it shows: v3.8.97

I downloaded from here:

Did I somehow get the wrong version that's causing the issue?

I am trying to create a new page for my Axiom.

I have managed to create the new page and want to add the wind/heading "compass rose" type graphic I have circled, but when I go through the list of available data to be added I cant see this as an option.

Is it possible?

[CA11] Axiom fish alarm

Curious if there is a plan to have a fish alarm in the axiom by summer ‘19. I own an original axiom that was purchased 3 years ago this month. The unit is great but lacking a significant function in a fish alarm. If this is not planned can you please let me know as I will have to make a switch to one of the other manufacturers. I have no interest in flying a drone with my fishfinder. Thank you.

I have purchased an Axiom 9 multifunction display. I can use Rayview and Raycontrol apps on my Iphone and Ipad. I have a Nuvision windows 10 tablet. Is it possible to display and control the Axiom unit on a windows 10 based tablet or laptop?

[CA11] Dragonfly Replacement

I am replacing one of the original Dragonfly models, with a Dragonfly 5 pro. I was hoping to reuse the existing wiring onboard the boat. The transducer and wiring are still in good conditiong.

Does Raymarine make an adapter cable to go from the old plug to the new one?

If not, are the old transducers, compatible with the new Dragonfly units?

I would like to see the analog engine data from my two engines on my new AXIUM 9. I have a Evolution 150 Autopilot installed as well.

I’m looking at the NoLand RS11. It takes the analog signal to my gages and converts them to NEMA2000.

I want something that works with the AXIUM 9. Anyone familiar with the NoLand or have something else that will work?

[CA11] ST70/Smart Pilot x30

I am upgrading my 2011 system, currently have E120W, DSM300, GPS125, Radar 4 KW E52069E, Seatalk HS, Seatalk ng converter, ST70/SPX30 Autopilot. the gps antenna was connected to the sea talk ng converter, now removed, open connection.
I have removed everything except the auto pilot spx30 and st70 controller, seatalk ng converter, I want to use the auto pilot stand alone, unfortunately not supported by Garmin mfd or NMEA 2000.
the st70 is connected to the sea talk ng converter (sea talk cable that was connected to E120W disconnected), the SPX30 also connected to sea talk ng, and the sea talk ng converter still is powered and all sensor connections unchanged. Upon power up of st 70, receive message "No Pilot". any help is appreciated.

[CA11] e125, HS5, CAM220ip

I am unable to see newly installed 2 each CAM220ip on my e125. The CAM220ip cameras are connected to HS5 through CAT6 cable to A80247 adapter. The lights on the HS5 on the camera ports are not flashing. Have sonar connected to same HS5, sonar port lights are flashing and can see sonar on e125. If I connect PC to CAT6 cable, unplugging from A80247 I can see the camera.

[CA11] Connect Raystar 150 to Axiom 9

I am wanting to connect a Raystar 150 to my Axiom 9 MFD. I purchased The Seatalk NG starter kit as the manual said but there is no suitable cable to connect the starter kit to the Axiom MFD. AM I missing something? With my old c80 system the remote GPS receiver plugged directly in the the C80.

[DG11] ST2000 sudden hard course changes

Hello!

we are using an ST2000 tiller pilot on our boat. It is an older unit and still has the name 'Autohelm' printed on it. During the summer, it happened a few times that the autopilot would very suddenly give hard rudder (to starboard). The pushrod was pushed out to the maximum extent, while the motor was still working against the stop. The conditions were very calm with perhaps 12 knots of wind and reaching. I immediately disconnected the power supply and re-started the device. Afterwards, it worked just fine but this behaviour can obviously be quite dangerous in some circumstances. Has anyone experienced a similar issue and knows if it can be fixed (and how)?

[CA11] Super HD Radar

I recently installed a complete Raymarine system, Axiom Pro 12", 9", Super HD radar, autopilot, sonar, ais receiver, sat weather. This system replaced an old Raymarine Classic C series 12", 9", dome radar, autopilot, sonar, ais receiver, sat weather. After initially installing and using the new system I immediately discovered that the radar is not capable of saving a cursor waypoint, it will only save current boat location to waypoint. My old system, the old 4kw dome radar would save to cursor or current boat location. I contacted RM technical support and after a lengthy telephone call I was notified that I was correct, the programmers did not enter that in the new software, he additionally told me that he personally would enter the request and send to the programmers and that it will be added to the next software update. I have had the new update and the radar will only save to current boat location. Is Raymarine going to add this feature?

[CA11] Error msg on MFD Repeater

Hello,

My name is Felipe and I´m engeneer of Marine Express Brazil, we are distributors of Raymarine and recently we installed a system with 2 MFDs, one Axiom RV and other Axiom display (Only repeater). On Axiom 12 RV the fishfinder showed all images with no problem, but the repeater is not showing any image and a strange msg appear, I could not find any solution on manual, Could you help me? Please see attached the message.
The system is connected by Raynet/Raynet cable and SeatalkNG Network.
