E7D v17 not connecting to Android HotSpot

Good Morning

I am unable to connect the E7D with latest v17 (downloaded and updated 1 week ago) to my Android's hotspot. I've tried both encrypted and open connections. At same time my Android tablet sees the hotspot.

It does see and can connect to my Linksys router.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
