Unable to Select Data Sources

I have an e127 MFD and I am trying to specify the data sources. When I do, it diplays an error:

Data selection not possible
The following devices are preventing data source selection
ISO(77 9a 6e e7 00 8c 8c c0) CAN(43)

I have determined that CAN(43) is the AIS650.

Any idea what the problem is?
