[CA11] Updating/down dating without MFD

I wanted to ask if there was a way to go back in the updates in order to get the EV-200 to work in track mode with a Garmin 7610xsv. I do not have a compatible Raymarine MFD and so I wanted to k ow how I can achieve going back? Is there a card reader or something similar that will hook up to SeaTalk to do this?
