[CA11] Interface with Ray 70 vhf

Hello: I have a Ray70 w/AIS receiver. If I install as AIS650, will there be a conflict with the fact that there will then be 2 AIR receivers on the same Seatalkng network? (C95 mfd).
Also, I assume a vhf antenna splitter wil be required - AIS100.
