A70D upgrade to Axiom 9

Hello,

I am considering replacing my A70D with an Axiom 9. The A70D is flush mounted into the boat console. Will i need to make modifications to the cutout for the A70D in order to install the Axiom?

The dimensions of the two units are similar but not the same.
