bluetooth connection

I am able to pair es7 and win 7 pro.

es7 shows up in bluetooth list as E70263-0460246-0 however its status is "needs troubleshooting"

when I try the "troubleshooting" option windows is unable to locate a driver, and when I search the raymarine site I can't find one either
