Does Dragonfly 7 Pro wanting to use Dock to Dock feature

I have Dragonfly 7 Pro with Navionics+

I want to have Dock to Dock on the chartplotter and it seems like that I can map out a dock to dock on Navionics Mobile and then transfer to the chartplotter via WIFI ?

I'm curious whether it is true and how I can make it function on the chartplotter?

does this mean I have to purchase Navionics Boating HD app for $50?
