SR100 update satellite radio

I am trying to update a SR100 to be able to use the Sirius radio function, Im using a sandisk 64 mb compact flash, after selecting update remote unit on ethernet soft key, about 20 seconds later is says watchdog timeout, I've tried it several ways, multiple times, same result watchdog timeout. I am using a E80 classic MFD with a raynet hs network
